HelloLife® is not liable for any personal and/or property injury or damage, including death, caused by your use, reliance or misuse of the Site of Content or by any products you purchase, including from a third party. Under no circumstances shall HelloLife® or any third parties be liable for any damages, compensation or costs (including, without limitation, incidental and consequential damages, personal injury/wrongful death, loss of profits, or damages resulting from lost data or business interruption) resulting from the use, reliance, misuse or inability to use the Site or the Content, whether based on contract, tort, statute or any other legal basis and whether or not HelloLife® is advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the extent permitted by law and at the discretion of HelloLife®, remedies are limited to the replacement of the product or supply of an equivalent product or payment of the cost of such replacement or supply. By using this Site, you acknowledge that, except as aforesaid, HelloLife® is not liable for any costs expense loss or damage of whatsoever nature, whether direct, indirect or consequential, caused by or resulting from breach of any condition or warranty. Any claims arising in connection with your use of the Site or any Content must be brought within one (1) year of the date the event giving rise to such action occurred. Remedies under these Terms of Service are exclusive and are limited to those expressly provided for in these Terms.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") applies to all personally identifiable information (collectively, "Personal Data") and other information that is collected through the Site of HelloLife®. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using the Site. By using the Site, you (hereinafter, "you" or "user") consent to our practices described herein.
By voluntarily providing us with Personal Data, you are consenting to our use of it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you provide Personal Data to us via this Site, you acknowledge and agree that such Personal Data may be transferred from your current location to the offices and servers of HelloLife® and the authorized third parties referred to herein for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Our commitment to being a healthy lifestyle Site means that our business will continue to evolve as we introduce new products and features to the Site. Because of this, our policies will be reviewed and may be revised on occasion. As such, HelloLife® reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. Should we modify this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by posting an updated version of the Privacy Policy on the Site. Collection of Personal Data

On occasion we may give you the opportunity to opt in to offers from unaffiliated third parties that we deem to be of potential value to you. You may also choose to opt in to these offers on an ongoing basis when you sign up for HelloLife® membership, and you may opt out of receiving them at any time. What We Do With Your Personal Data
We may use Personal Data in order to display custom, personalized content to our visitors. A user may opt-out of receiving such information at any time.

Controlling Your Personal Data
A user may change, correct, modify, or delete any Personal Data they may have provided to HelloLife® by contacting us via the "contact us" page on our website(s). Users can also unsubscribe from any newsletters or opt out of various promotional emails by following the directions provided in each mailing.
Non-Member Comments
As a non-member visitor, you may comment or stamp blogs. Before you do so however, you must respond fully to the network's prompt - enter your name and email address and demonstrate you agree to our TOS by checking the appropriate box. In doing so, you will be treated as a member from there on. An account will be created for you and a password will be sent to your account for future use.

They allow you to take full advantage of the HelloLife® website, and, as such, we recommend that you leave them turned on. Website Traffic Analysis
We may automatically gather general statistical information about our website and visitors, such as, browsers, pages viewed, number of visitors, goods and services purchased, transactions completed, etc. To do this, we use action tags and cookies provided by our site analytics software and marketing partners. Although these partners log the information coming from our site on our behalf, we authorize how that data may and may not be used.
As is true of most web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes date/time stamps, browser types, operating systems, internet protocol (IP) addresses, internet service providers (ISPs), referring/exit pages, and clickstream data. We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the site, and to track user's movements around the site. Some of our websites use ClickTale® web analytics service. ClickTale may record mouse clicks, mouse movements, and scrolling activity on this website. ClickTale does not collect personally identifiable information, nor is it used on pages where personally identifiable or financial information is entered. ClickTale does not track your browsing habits across web sites which do not use ClickTale services. We are using the information collected by ClickTale service to analyze trends and provide a better website experience for visitors. Visitors Outside Of The United States
The Site and the servers upon which this Site is hosted are located in the United States. All matters and material related to the Site is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan in the United States. Any information users outside of the U.S. provide will be transferred to the United States, and by visiting this Site and submitting Personal Data and other information, you authorize this transfer.
Children And Privacy
HelloLife® complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA). COPPA is a federal law that protects the privacy of children using the Internet. The Site is directed at an adult market and is intended for use by adults only. We do not collect Personal Data from anyone under 13, nor do we allow children under 13 to participate in forums or chat rooms without prior verified parental consent. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children to never provide Personal Data on this Site without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Data to HelloLife® through this Site, please contact us, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.
Storage And Security Of Your Personal Data
We take reasonable steps to protect the security of your Personal Data. Since no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be totally secure, we do not promise that the Personal Data you provide to us will always be totally secure. Therefore, you should therefore take special care in deciding what information you send to us via the Internet.

HelloLife® provides links to web sites outside of the Site. These linked sites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for the content of those web sites or for the conduct of the companies operating those web sites. Before disclosing your Personal Data on any other web site, we advise you to examine the terms and conditions and privacy policy of those web sites. For more information concerning links to third party web sites, please see our section below titled "Advertisements, Promotions and Links".
Exclusions
This Privacy Policy shall not apply to any unsolicited information (such as comments and feedback) you provide to HelloLife® through this Site and/or that you post to any public areas of the Site, such as bulletin boards (collectively, "Unsolicited Information"). All such Unsolicited Information shall be deemed to be non-confidential and HelloLife® shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute such Unsolicited Information to others without limitation or attribution. You should be aware that if you voluntarily disclose Unsolicited Information online, that Unsolicited Information can be collected and used by others. For example, if you post your email address in chat rooms or online forums, you may receive unsolicited messages from others. HelloLife® has no control over the use of Personal Data that you voluntarily post in public forums.

60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
HelloLife® offers new customers, a 60-Day satisfaction guarantee on all unopened products and two bottles/packages of opened product.
Our "60-day satisfaction guarantee" means you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase, or you may return the product for a refund of your purchase price (less shipping and return processing fee).
Any follow up purchase of like product(s) after your first regular sales purchase, is not covered by the guarantee. Your second purchase is a clear and final indication that you accept the product(s) as is.
Return Policy
Please add our product to your daily regimen for a minimum of one month. Because we ask you to give our products a minimum of one month, we do not accept returns until this 30-day period has been completed.
If you are not totally satisfied after at least 30 days of using the product, you may return the empty bottles/packages along with the sealed, unused bottles/packages for a refund.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee is designed for a single user for 60 days use of product. Therefore, only two bottles/packages of your product can be opened to be eligible for a refund. All other packages/bottles of the same product must be in the factory-sealed container to be eligible for refund.
You have 60 days from when your product was shipped to return it for a refund. We do not issue RMA numbers past this 60 day period.
All returns are charged a return processing fee. This fee will be 20% of the total product purchase price. We do not refund the cost of shipping or handling.
To begin your return, please complete these steps:
- Call our Customer Service at 866-504-7557 in the U.S. or 616-551-4246 outside of the U.S. to receive your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Display this number visibly on the outside of the return package. Packages sent to us without a visible RMA number will not be accepted and will be discarded. Your RMA number will expire 14 days after your request. If we do not receive your return package by the 14th day, your refund will be no longer valid.
- In order for your return to be accepted, you must ship back all of the empty bottles/packages and any unused, unopened bottles/packages in their factory-sealed containers, along with an RMA form. DOWNLOAD RMA FORM (PDF)
- We strongly recommend returning packages to us through certified mail with a tracking number. If we do not receive your product, and you cannot prove your product was returned, we will not issue a refund.

We strive to fulfill your order correctly and quickly. In order to maintain the best service, we have set guidelines in our order processing. To thoroughly process your order we need several key elements from you. All must be valid and are listed as follows: first name, last name, email address, phone number, billing address, and a delivery address if different from the billing address.
We ship via USPS or FedEx®, unless the address is a United States Postal Box or a military base address of the federal government (APO or FPO), then the order will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service. You have 30 days after ordering to contact us if you have not received your product. If we have confirmation your package was delivered we are no longer responsible for your product.
FedEx® will make three attempts to deliver your order before the package is returned to the company; USPS will make one attempt. Customers are issued a refund if their package is returned (less shipping). We cannot reship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable.
International Orders: Customs Fees and Guidelines
Tax and duties for international orders are not included in the shipping charge. Customers are responsible for any additional Customs fees. A separate invoice for the tax and duties (Customs fees) will be charged to you from either USPS or FedEx® or your country's Customs office.
Customs restrictions and warranty issues prevent us from shipping to every international location. Currently Italy is the only country that prevents shipment from us.
Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws vary from country to country, and it is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the importation of our products. We do not encounter problems with Customs when shipping to most countries.
If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and is returned to us, we will issue you a prompt refund, less shipping costs and any Customs fees charged to HelloLife® by your country. If the package is not returned to us, we cannot issue you a refund. Most orders are held by Customs for the purpose of charging import duties and Customs fees. Please contact the Customs Office in your country about duties and fees before ordering, as we are not responsible for these charges.
If your package is delivered to you and USPS or FedEx® has paid the Customs fees on your behalf, to ensure prompt delivery of your order, you will be responsible to pay the custom fees to USPS or FedEx®. If you do not pay the Customs fees HelloLife® will charge those fees to the credit card you used when placing your order.
All of our products sold internationally are meant for personal use - up to a 90 day supply of each product may be purchased at one time. For international retail opportunities, please call 1-800-801-8820.
Fraud is taken very seriously. Anti-fraud measures are in place at multiple levels and at different stages of the transaction with our merchant account partners.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please call our Customer Service at 866-504-7557 in the U.S. or 616-551-4246 outside of the U.S. Your cancellation must be made before your order ships. If the product has not shipped, a refund will be issued by the same method of payment the order was originally charged.
If a cancellation is placed after the order shipped, it is up to the customer to refuse the unopened package or send unopened package back. Once the package is returned, a full refund will be issued, less shipping costs (see Free Shipping and Cancelled Orders below), both to and from your delivery address. All cancellation refunds are processed within five business days. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
Once a package has been opened, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. At this point, our standard returns policy applies.
Free Shipping and Cancelled orders: Free shipping is a reward for customers who use our products, and does not apply to cancelled orders. Cancellation refunds on orders that have already shipped will be debited either the published shipping rate or the actual shipping costs, whichever is greater. This applies to both domestic and international orders.
International orders: You are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, and return shipping charges incurred to return the package. Due to the cost of returning packages deemed undeliverable or refused at customs offices, any refused or undeliverable package automatically disqualifies your purchase from refund eligibility.
Advertisements, Promotions and Links
HelloLife® discusses certain products and/or services of third parties on the Site. In occasional cases the third-party product and/or service provider will pay HelloLife® a referral fee for purchases made by individuals that are referred to it by HelloLife®. As noted above, HelloLife® makes no representations or warranties regarding the efficacy of these products and/or services, and your use or reliance upon any product or service that is discussed or promoted via the Site is at your own discretion and is subject to these Terms of Service. Other than as noted herein, HelloLife® does not endorse content on any third-party web sites. HelloLife® is not responsible for the content linked in or out of any third-party sites; sites framed within the HelloLife® Site, or third-party advertisements, and does not make any representations regarding their content or accuracy. Your use of third-party web sites is at your own discretion and subject to the Terms and Conditions of use for such sites.
User Submissions and Contributions
Any information provided is subject to our Privacy Policy. Beyond that information, any email or other communications or content you send to any part of this Site, is non-confidential for all purposes. If you make any such submission, you automatically grant, agree and warrant that the owner of such content has expressly granted or agreed HelloLife® a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, world-wide nonexclusive license to use, reproduce, create derivative works from, modify, publish, edit, translate, distribute, perform and display the communication or content in any media or medium, or any form, format or forum now known or hereafter developed. HelloLife® may sublicense its rights through multiple tiers of sublicenses.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold HelloLife®, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers, harmless from and against any claims, actions or demands, liabilities and settlements including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from, your breach of or default under these Terms of Service.
General
HelloLife® makes no claims that Content is appropriate or may be downloaded in any country or jurisdiction. Access to Content may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If you access the Site you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your country's jurisdiction. HelloLife® is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever (including, without limitation, attorneys' fees and lost profits or savings) in any way due to, resulting from, or arising in connection with this site, including its original and third party content, regardless of any negligence of HelloLife®.
Disputes
Any claim or controversy arising out of or related to these Terms of Service, the Site, or the services or products provided on or through the Site shall be settled by binding arbitration to be held the USA, and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, as they apply to agreements made and solely performed therein. Disputes arising hereunder shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the State of Michigan. This will include any connection with any such dispute including any claim involving HelloLife® or its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers, directors, telecommunication providers and content providers.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Service, which shall remain in full force and effect.
